We are looking for a ICT Professional Expert, for a position that will report hierarchically to the ICT Head of Manufacturing, Technologies, Quality and Purchasing process. EXPERT SAP MM
He / she will operate as for the applications provided on the perimeter of PURCHASING but with possibility and interface with production, technologies, quality; basically held the role of liaison between the ICT department and the users for an optimal Demand Management. Main duties: - Manages the daily operations seeking for a prompt problem’s resolution in cooperation with his/her team
- managing specific requirements (new enhancements, how-to), technical issue (bug fixing) and user familiarization (how-to) identifying the proper resolution
- support the identification of the evolution (change request, application’s development) considering the application landscape available and the implementation road map foreseen
- Support the adoption of the ICT standards (Software, Security, etc.) in accordance with the Piaggio policies
- Support Application Maintenance Team
- Manages the assigned projects and the dedicated ICT resources in general (applications, systems, personal productivity tools), assuring the integration between the central and local systems and the ICT Teams.
- Works within the Manufacturing, Technologies and Purchasing ICT work group in a full integration
Main Objectives: - Management of assigned projects in the entire lifecycle (from the Business Process Master List up to the Closing)
- Support the Technical specification definition and RFI, RFQ and Bid process execution
- Support the Applications Management and Maintenance (AMS)
- Customer requirements analysis and proactive formalization
- Collaboration with suppliers and central or local teams
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience required The ideal candidate should be about 28-33 years old, with at least 3/4 years in ICT department, possibly in an international environment and at least 2 years on similar / comparable position. Skills: - Planning skills in order to manage day-by-day AMS team activity
- Leading change ability, team working, giving oneself commitment and responsibility, problem solving, fast moving, customer satisfaction orientation, goal achievement orientation, execution
- Project Management
- Business Processes knowledge (mainly focus on Purchasing, Production, Warehouse processes)
- ICT experience
- SAP ECC, SAP S/4, MM, PP, WM, QM, PM modules
- SAP SRM, Ariba, SolMan, API MANAGEMENT
- PTC Thingworx
- MES/MOM systems
Languages Proficient English is requested, both spoken and written.
Education Preferably a degree in Computer Science or Engineering
